It was incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission on 23rd August 2022 as a provider of oil and gas services, in the entire Oil and Gas value chain. It focuses on opportunities in politically stable and technically de-risked jurisdictions around Nigeria.
LEL comprises of qualified and experienced management team, whose vast skills and expertise offer significant value while operating its highly prospective oil and gas midstream, downstream and infrastructural businesses.
